AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I have ordered 4 Wandr Bags through their Kickstarter Campaign and have received them before my long trip. I used all 4 of them and am super happy about the product as it's great quality and kept the bags airtight. However, one bag was missing a small rubber stem, which I kindly asked if they could ship me one. And they did! The chats with the customer support were a positive experience. I even ordered 2 more bags from Wandr and I can only recommend them to anybody travelling lots!

Finally traveled and got to use my two bags, very very happy with the quality and no leakage whatsoever, they worked great! The vacuum has an incredible amount of suction power, really evacuates the all of the air perfectly. The zipper is tight, but that’s by design, very robust materials and workmanship. High Quality Product

The bags feel of really high quality, with the zips providing a good seal when vacuumed down. Have just used the bags of a 5 day trip, packing into a travel backpack. The bags compress really well allow extra room for other kit to be added.

Great product, even better customer service!

I purchased the Duo Pack on Kickstarter because I thought it was a great idea and product. I like the fact that the vacuum bag isn't built into a specific suitcase and is so versatile. The HiPump is powerful and it comes with attachments so you can use to for other things, too; like blowing up a pool floaty while at the beach. One of my vacuum bags had a leak when it arrived - at first I was pretty bummed. It wouldn't seal for more than 20 min. However, I reached out to Wandr customer support, after a few verifications, they sent me a replacement bag - I asked for expedited shipping as I was preparing for a long trip and wanted to use both my Wandr bags - the replacement arrived one day before my trip, just as I was packing! As a frequent traveler, I've used my bags at least 8-9 times now. They're really a must have for frequent travelers who want to keep their luggage light and tight.

Surprisingly Versatile – Perfect for Travel and More!

Received the product about three weeks ago and yes the shipping was crazy expensive but just got back from a vacation to Mexico and loved the compression bag! I fit all my clothes for a 7 day trip into the bag with room to spare and when compressed it easily fit under the airline seat. We used the pump fill pool toys for the kids and the flashlight to find the light switches in a dark air b&b. Overall very happy with the product. Now my wife wants one.

First of all I am a huge fan of Wandr products, the quality of the goods and the subsequent application this then lends is second to none. Probably. We ship to every country in Europe and most of the civilized world. If your order is over €100, we'll even pay for the shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?

What if I change my mind

You’ve got 30 days to send it back from anywhere in the world. No interrogation, no guilt trip. We’ll just assume you weren't ready for a life of such organized travel.

Seriously, what's the real-world capacity?

Enough for a 7-day trip, easily! That means 15-20 items, including that bulky hoodie you can’t live without. You can finally stop sacrificing outfits for the sake of space.
How fast does it compress?

The times dependes of the vacuum pump. Based on the HiPump and average type of cloth it will take less than 30 seconds.
Will it wrinkle my clothes?

No more than any suitcase would. In fact, most of our customers say their clothes arrive even better organised. If your clothes were wrinkled before… well, don’t expect the W36 to iron them for you. (Yet.)
Can I use the W36 for anything else?

Absolutely. It’s not just a packing wizard, it’s also water-proof and odor-proof. You can use it to store wet or dirty clothes, keep your clean clothes protected from spills, or even as a makeshift dry bag on a rainy day.

They are very durable, but if they do break, you have a 2-year replacement warranty, and we replace it immediately.
Can I use it without the air pump?

Yes, you can! Thanks to the one-way valve, you can compress it by rolling or pressing the air out manually.

But the included pump just does it perfectly in seconds with zero effort, so you should probably just use it.
What if it breaks? (Our 2-Year "No-Nonsense" Warranty)

We built this system to be ridiculously durable. But if you manage to break it within the first 2 years, we'll send you a new one. We don’t need a 10-page report on how it happened. It breaks, we replace it. Simple as that.
Does this work with my current, perfectly adequate luggage?
