To purchase items, select them and add them to your shopping bag. The shopping bag will display the selected items, their details, and the price. The price does not include shipping, which will be calculated based on the delivery location and method selected. During the purchase process, provide accurate personal information for order processing and delivery.
Currency and taxes
The prices displayed on this website are in the currency of the destination country and include taxes. The final summary before payment will show the item(s) purchased and the total price, including taxes.

International Shipping and Customs
Please be advised that when ordering from outside the European Union (EU), your package may be subject to customs inspections and fees, depending on your country's regulations. We wish to remind our valued international customers that the duration a package may be held at customs is beyond our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from customs retention. Address Accuracy
For the timely and successful delivery of your order, it is imperative that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. This includes your house number, floor, and door number, where applicable. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to delivery delays or the unfortunate return of packages. Cancellations
You can cancel an order only if its status is "Received." Once the order status changes to "Preparation," it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, contact us at hello@tascon.es and provide your name and order number.
Right of Withdrawal - Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. WANDR will refund the total amount of the order, including shipping costs, if any. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@wandrbag.com with your name and order number. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, first process a return for the product you want to exchange, and then place a new order with the desired item. In-store exchanges are only accepted at authorized WANDR stores for size changes or tare exchanges. Please refer to our website or contact customer service for more information.

WANDR ensures the security of the data you provide through physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. Your information may be stored and processed in Spain or other countries where WANDR operates. WANDR will never ask you to provide or confirm personal information via email.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. In case of conflicts, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile. You can also access the online dispute resolution platform of the European Union for further assistance.
