Deliveries:
The delivery country must always match the country of purchase. When you visit wandrbag.com, you will indicate your Country (region) and Language preferences; delivery locations are related to the available provinces you selected previously. If at any point you want to change the Country (region), you can do so.
To avoid delivery issues (incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to correctly fill out the form during the purchase process.
WANDR offers several shipping methods that you can select during the purchase process, depending on the delivery country. Some methods may be available, while others may not:
In-store Pickup: You can collect your order at the associated stores that WANDR has enabled in Spain. Once the merchandise arrives at our store, we will notify you by email to pick up your order. You have 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the email to collect it. After this time, WANDR will send it back to the warehouse, and the return will be processed automatically. It is necessary to present the order number and the identification of the person who will collect it (ID, NIE, etc.). Home Delivery: Through an international courier company, delivery can be made to the address you provide during the purchase process (home, work, etc.—never to a PO Box as authentication of delivery is required). Convenience Point Delivery: You can also receive your package at a convenience point in our network. You can check your nearest point directly when selecting the shipping method during the checkout process.

Shipping costs may increase if the order volume is high or the packaging is special. Delivery times may be longer during sales and promotions.
You will receive an email with a code to track the various statuses of your order. You will also be notified via email each time your order status changes.
Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the contract published on this website, not affecting orders placed previously.
International Shipping and Customs: Please note that when placing an order from outside the European Union (EU), your package may be subject to customs inspections and fees, depending on your country's regulations. We want to remind our valued international customers that the time a package can be held in customs is beyond our control. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays resulting from customs retention.
