Refund policy

Exchanges and Returns:

We want you to love our products. It's that simple, right? If you've ordered the wrong product or have any other issues, you can always exchange or return your order as long as:

  • Your items have not been used, are not damaged, are in resellable condition (i.e., no creases or visible wear), and are in their original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the original order.

WANDR offers three return methods or systems once the consumer has communicated their right of withdrawal, which may be active or not depending on the country of purchase:

  1. Free returns at the nearest affiliated stores: Process the return by writing to the email hello@wandrbag.com
  2. Returns through our transport agency: The customer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
  3. Returns by your own means: The customer may send the order to Wandr Technologies S.L., Carrer de Caballero 48, at2, 08014 Barcelona, Spain by their own means. It is recommended that the shipment be perfectly packaged, sealed, and certified if possible. WANDR will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or cost of such shipment.

In all cases, we recommend that the customer:

  • Process the return by sending an email to hello@wandrbag.com.
  • Prepare the return by reusing the original shipping bag or, failing that, suitable packaging (box, bag, etc.).
  • Properly seal the bag.

When the return shipment is received at WANDR or the customer provides proof of return, such as the receipt from the transport company, if the return is compliant, you will be refunded the price paid for the returned products. The refund will be made in the same way you made your purchase; please note that this process may take a few days depending on your bank.

If the return is not compliant, you will be notified by email, and you can contact WANDR's customer service department for more details on the evaluation. In the case of non-compliant returns, WANDR is not obliged to refund the price paid for the returned products. If the customer wants the returned products, WANDR will send them to the address indicated, but always at the customer's expense.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the product when not using any of the free methods mentioned above.

WANDR reminds you that all garments or items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent and with all their tags. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts related to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

We strive to be as fair and helpful as possible, but we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
